Potluck is one contract on Robinhood Chain, the book. Each pot collects USDG from its members for one Stock Token and buys it in a single swap.

What it is

start(token, target, daysOpen, firstPut) opens a pot: target from 10 USDG, open 1 to 30 days. chipIn(id, amount) adds from 1 USDG, trimmed to what the pot still needs. takeBack(id) returns your USDG while the pot has not bought.

A pot's life

• Open: members chip in and take back.
• Buy: buy(id) by anyone once the target is reached before the deadline, or by the starter at any time with at least 2 USDG in.
• Bought: members claim(id) their stock.
• Deadline passed without a buy: the pot cannot buy any more; members take their USDG back.

Shares

A member's claim is bought × put / raised, exact to the unit. shareOf(id, who) shows the put and the stock (after the buy) or the stock it buys now at Chainlink (before it).

Fees and fills

• 0.2% of the pot on the buy (hard cap 1%).
• 0.05 USDG to whoever runs the buy, nothing when the starter does (cap 0.50).
• The Uniswap pool fee, inside the fill.

The swap has a minimum out at the Chainlink price less 1.5% (owner cap 5%). COIN, MSTR and SPY route through WETH. Stock feeds pause between sessions.

The keeper

A Cloudflare worker checks every few minutes for pots that reached their target and buys them.

Owner limits

The book owner can set the price adapter, the router, the routes, the slippage (up to 5%), the treasury, the run fee and the cut inside the caps. There is no function that moves a pot's money anywhere except into its own swap or back to its members.

Risks

• Unaudited software. Size accordingly.
• A thin pool can make a big pot wait or revert; the starter can buy early with less.
• Stock Tokens track their stocks through Robinhood; their own risks apply.
